Meeting Space Rules and Regulations
Scheduling Priority:
Meeting room use shall be scheduled according to the following priority:
LCC partner programs, meetings, and events
Local non-profit organizations, community groups, and individuals' meetings
For-profit businesses and general public reservations
Conditions of Use:
Meeting rooms are available only during LCC operating hours.
Cancellations: The LCC must be notified of cancellations at (208) 616-4345.
Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance may result in restrictions on future reservations.
The reserving party shall be held financially responsible for any damage to the room, fixtures, furniture, or equipment.
Groups and individuals must arrange tables and chairs to their needs and return them to their original placement before vacating the room.
The LCC does not permit the storage of personal or group belongings. All items must be removed upon departure.
Smoking and tobacco products are prohibited anywhere on LCC grounds.
Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.
Children under the age of 8 must be supervised at all times. Adults attending meetings may not leave children unattended.
Animals are not permitted, except for service animals or with prior approval from the LCC Director.
Audio-visual equipment must be requested in advance.
Nothing may be affixed to floors, walls, or ceilings without explicit LCC Director approval.
The LCC's name and address may not be used as a contact or official designation except for location reference.
The LCC assumes no liability for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Use of the meeting rooms does not imply endorsement by the LCC of any viewpoints expressed by meeting participants.
The LCC is not responsible for any items left in the building. Items left behind may be disposed of after thirty (30) days.
Damage Deposit Policy
$100 refundable damage deposit is required and must be paid in advance.
Cash Payments - Deposits will be refunded the next business day.
Check Payments - Refunds will be issued after ten (10) business days to allow for check clearing.
Procedures to Schedule:
To schedule a meeting room, use the “Inquire Here” link below. Reservations must be made by individuals 18 years of age or older.
Prior to usage, the requesting party must complete and submit a signed Meeting Room Agreement for For-Profit Organizations and General Public or Non-Profit Organizations. This agreement shall remain on file for one (1) year and must be renewed annually.
An LCC staff member will contact the requester to confirm reservation details, applicable fees, and scheduling.
The requested party must check in at the front desk within 15 minutes of the reservation start time and remit any applicable fees. If a key card is required, it must be picked up no later than the day before the reservation.
