Rush County Recreation Center to offer Free Personal Training
RUSHVILLE, Ind. – All members of the Rush County Recreation Center can register for free personal training as a part of their membership.
This new initiative is designed to help members of all experience levels achieve their health and fitness goals with professional guidance at no additional cost to members.
Personal trainer Joshua Burroughs is offering this free training. Training sessions include a one-on-one introduction session, personalized workout plans, form and equipment walkthroughs, and a beginner-friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
