Love Community Center (RUSHCO Community Development, Inc.) is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors committed to advancing education, workforce training, recreation, and community development in Rush County. The Board provides leadership, governance, financial oversight, and strategic direction to ensure the Love Community Center and its programs serve the community with integrity, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

Board members help shape policy, approve major decisions, support fundraising and community partnerships, and work with the Executive Director to carry out the organization’s mission. Directors serve three-year terms and bring a wide range of professional experience, community knowledge, and personal commitment to the work.
