Which Program Is Right for You?
Both programs provide meaningful financial assistance, and both honor the same commitment: every recipient receives the identical access and member experience as any other RCRC member. Review both options below and apply for the one that fits your situation or ask staff at the Member Service Desk for guidance.

Eligibility
Who Can Apply
✓ Individuals and families with demonstrated financial need
✓ SNAP, Medicaid/Hoosier Healthwise, SSI/SSDI recipients
✓TANF, energy assistance, or housing assistance recipients
✓Seniors age 65+ (see also: Senior Access Program)
✓Single-parent households
✓Students and young adults
✓Anyone experiencing financial hardship — you don't have to be on assistance to apply

Three Simple Steps
Get the Application
Pick one up at the RCRC Member Service Desk or download it from this page. No appointment needed.
Gather Your Documents
Recent income documentation, proof of any government assistance received, and photo ID if requested.
Submit by June 20, 2026
Drop off your completed application at the RCRC Member Service Desk. Awards will be issued by July 1. Your award letter is valid for 30 days.
